Meet Dr. Cash

Dr. Brian Cash is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon serving Charleston and the South Carolina Lowcountry. He is a sports medicine specialist with a focus on treating injuries and disorders of the shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow.

He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame, followed by medical school at Vanderbilt University. His orthopaedic surgery residency training was at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. He then received additional specialized training in sports medicine procedures during a fellowship at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, recognized by US News and World Report as the #1 hospital for Orthopedic Surgery.
